In preparing your FoodService Spirit of Innovation Award nomination, we request that you provide the judges with two short summaries supporting your nomination.

First, in the Product Attributes box below, please describe how the new product answers a consumer need. Is it a line extension, new product or does it create a whole new product category. Also, touch on what its innovative characteristics may be in regards to sensory characteristics, product and/or package design and/or positioning in the marketplace.

In the Team Qualificationsbox below, please share with us the departments or functions involved in product development team. Also, touch on the team's unique method of operation or style, its accomplishments and challenges overcome in the development of the new product.

Your Spirit of Innovation Award submission is not intended to divulge any proprietary or confidential company or product information. It is only to provide the judges enough insight to differentiate between many other successful new product submissions and to accurately portray your team's innovative contributions.
