December 2/New York/Wall Street Journal-- Kerry confirmed it has completed the acquisition of Cargill's global flavors business.

Cargill Flavor Systems with annual revenues of approximately $200 million was acquired for a total consideration of $230 million. The acquisition strengthens Kerry's capability to provide integrated customer solutions across all food and beverage end-use-markets.

Cargill Flavor Systems employs 700 people throughout its integrated flavor development and application centers in France, the U.K., South Africa, India, Malaysia, China, the U.S., Puerto Rico, Mexico and Brazil, supported by a network of sales representative offices in 12 other countries.
