Das spoke about botanical identification methods and she highlighted BI’s Identilok® species identification process, which the company employs as part of standard testing procedures for all its botanical ingredients.

Das has more than 20 years of quality and regulatory compliance management experience in the dietary supplement and personal care product industries. She is a certified GMP auditor and currently serves as a member of the AHPA’s Board of Trustees. Prior to her work in the industry, she was a chemistry lecturer at several California State Universities.
