Eating wholesome, organic food doesn’t mean consumers have to forgo their favorite sweets.

Sugar Bowl Bakery, Hayward, Calif., says it is rolling out organic and GMO-free versions of its popular mini-desserts. Officials say an organic line of the brand’s Brownie Bites, Mini Palmiers and Madeleines will be available at retailers and supermarkets nationwide starting later in April.

Just like all Sugar Bowl Bakery products, the company’s new organic line contains no preservatives. Each bite-sized treat also is cholesterol free and has 0g of trans fat.

Founded by the Ly family in 1984, Sugar Bowl Bakery is a family owned and operated company. It has nearly 120,000 square feet of manufacturing to supply retailers and club stores.
