Custom Culinary Acquires DM Foods

Custom Culinary Inc. is acquiring the business and operations of DM Foods of Avon, Ohio. The coming together of these two businesses positions the new Custom Culinary Inc. as “one of the leading providers of authentic culinary flavor systems in the foodservice and food processing industries.”

The Custom Culinary Inc.-DM Foods combination will “capitalize on the complementary strengths and capabilities of each company. The combined company will be better able to serve customers by providing a broad range of culinary products, including food bases, sauces, gravies, concentrates and flavor systems in shelf-stable, frozen and refrigerated formats. “
