***Exhibit spaces are carpeted but do NOT come with furnishings other than 6' table and 2 chairs. Exhibit space does not include power. BOOTH REGULATIONS, HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS & HANGING SIGNS

Cannabis Products Exchange follows the International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE) Guidelines for exhibition displays. If you have specific questions regarding your booth space please contact:

Height Restrictions:

  • Perimeter Booths = 8 feet
  • Linear Booths = 8 feet

SAMPLING OF CBD
THC in any form is not allowed in the building including sampling of products on the show floor.  

Products that contain CBD are allowed for sampling/distribution on the show floor but are subject to the Denver Department of Public Health Rules and Guidelines.   If you plan to sample a product containing CBD, please download the Guide for Distribution of Hemp/CBD Products at Special Events information.  

It is the responsibility of the company distributing CBD products to follow all guidelines and comply.

MOVE-IN DEADLINE = April 28, 2022 @ 7:30 AM

Move-In / Setup Hours

  • Wednesday, April 27, 2022 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm
    All exhibits must be fully installed by 7:30 am on Thursday, April 28, 2022.

Exhibit Hall Hours

    • Thursday, April 28, 2022 - 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
      • 8:00 - 9:00 am - Continental Breakfast in exhibit hall 
      • 10:00 - 10:30 am - Morning Networking Break in exhibit hall
      • 3:00 -3:30 pm - Afternoon Networking Break in exhibit hall
      • 5:00 - 6:30 pm - Welcome Reception in exhibit hall
    • Friday, April 29, 2022 - 8:00 am – 11:30 am
      • 8:00 - 9:00 am - Continental Breakfast in exhibit hall
      • 10:30 - 11:30 am - Morning Networking Break in exhibit hall
        No materials may be packed up, loaded or removed from the Exhibit Hall until 11:30 am on Friday April 29, 2022.

Move-Out / Dismantle Hours

Exhibitors may tear down and dismantle their booths during the following times:

  • Friday April 29, 2022 - 11:30 am – 6:00 pm
    No materials may be packed up, loaded or removed from the Exhibit Hall until 11:30 am on Friday, April 29, 2022.
    All exhibit materials must be packed up and labeled or removed from exhibit hall by 6:00 pm.

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION

REGISTRATION DEADLINE = April 15, 2022

Exhibitors and sponsors receive complimentary full conference staff registrations and discounted staff registrations based on the level and type of package purchased. The exhibitor/sponsor contact will be provided registration instructions via email.  Note - this email will arrive within 5 days of contract submission.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION/CONFERENCE ATTENDEE PROGRAM

MATERIALS DUE DATE= April 1, 2022

A printed Conference Attendee Program will be distributed to all attendees and made available via PDF on the event site.  All exhibitors and sponsors receive 1 listing to include:

  • Company Name
  • Company Contact Information (address, phone, url, contact name and email)
  • Company Description 

Exhibitors receive a 50 word description

Sponsor receive a 75 word description that will also be included with their logo on the Sponsor Logo section of the event site. 

Sponsors also receive a full page ad in the Conference Attendee Program.

As an exhibitor/sponsor, you have the opportunity to send an email directly to event attendees that “opted-in” to receive third-party communications. Post-event emails can be scheduled to deploy from March 11, 2022 - May 20, 2022 with deployment dates made available on a first-come, first-served basis.
