The California Milk Processor Board has published a guide to licuados in California titled, “A Guide to California's Best Licuados.” It features a foreword written by nationally known Mexican chef Toribio Prado. Each entry features the name of the establishment, the closest cross streets and the restaurant's specialty licuado.
