CP Kelco has introduced GENU Drink texturizer type DP 500, a product designed for ready-to-drink juice-based or fruit-flavored beverages requiring a stable protein component.

GENU Drink texturizer type DP 500 -- a blend of Simplesse microparticulated whey protein concentrate and GENU pectin -- provides stability, good mouthfeel, and is compatible with a variety of fruit flavors, says the company.
