Erica Byerly joins David Michael & Co. as a consumer research specialist. She is a Villanova graduate with an MS degree in Experimental Psychology and a BS in Food Science and Nutrition from the University of Missouri.
Recently, the Applications Lab was joined by Kelly DeFusco as project leader -- Bakery Cereal. DeFusco has a BS degree from Rowan University and a MS degree in Food Marketing from St. Joseph's University. She comes to David Michael with 15 years experience, specializing in cereal and bakery products at Ottens, Clement Pappas and Firmenich.
