Connolly will be responsible for Campbell's $3.7 billion U.S. Soup, Sauces and Beverages business. He will be based at Campbell's headquarters in Camden and will report to Denise Morrison, president, North America Soup, Sauces and Beverages.
Connolly joined Campbell in 2002 and has worked in several significant roles at the company. Most recently, he led Campbell's North America Foodservice business unit for the last two years. Prior to that, Connolly was vice president and general manager of U.S. Soup for three years. Under his leadership, Campbell's U.S. Soup business experienced strong sales and profit gains, and the condensed soup business began its turnaround. Connolly started his Campbell career as vice president, Marketing for Sauces and Prepared Foods.
