Briess will sample chocolate cupcakes that are made with 25% of the cocoa powder replaced with CocoaPlus Cocoa Replacer. This all-natural ingredient is made from 100% pure, dark-roasted malted barley and has the flavor, color and functionality of cocoa powder. The cupcakes have a richer texture and chocolate flavor than cake made with only cocoa powder, says the company. The cornbread is made with 20% of the corn flour replaced with Briess Yellow Dent Corn Flour, an all-natural, 100% pure-roasted ingredient.
