Antioxidant-rich Diet May Reduce Heart Attack Risk
September 24/Stockholm/Irish Times -- A diet rich in antioxidants, mainly from fruits and vegetables, can significantly reduce the risk of heart attack in women, according to a new study from Sweden.
The study showed that women who had a diet that was high in antioxidants were five times less likely to have a heart attack.
