October 31/Lenexa, Kan./Press Release -- Brad Pederson has been named supply chain manager for Caravan Ingredients.

In this role, Pederson will manage the corporate demand planning and APS functions at Caravan Ingredients; shepherding best practice solutions regarding inventory optimization. He will be responsible for leading Caravan Ingredient's through some of their key company initiatives including SKU optimization, collaborative planning and inventory optimization.
