January 10/Ukiah, Calif./Press Release -- On the heels of its $1 million bakery expansion earlier this year, California-based Pamela’s Products continues to grow its expertise with two new hires, business manager Donna Williams and sales and marketing coordinator Hannah Hershey. General manager Alana Rouse also assumes a larger role at the 76,000-square-foot facility, leading a 64-person team to build upon new manufacturing and operations capabilities as a result of the expansion. The company now boasts 78 total employees.
Investing an additional $1 million plus in equipment, Pamela’s facility now allows for two longer work lines for a total oven capacity of 200 feet combined, which Rouse leveraged to maximize production efficiency by reorganizing work schedules. She eliminated night shifts to focus on uniting her team during the day when employees have more energy and focus.
