September 12/St. Francis, Wis./Press Release -- Rita Singer has joined Wixon as food technologist in the company’s Protein, Application, and Seasoning Lab.
Singer is responsible for the development of protein customers’ new products, including seasoning blends and flavor systems, based on ingredient, cost, performance, and organoleptic targets. She will report to Bob Kaegi, Wixon Director Protein Applications & Seasonings.
