Primal Kitchen Mayo is a new line of dressings from Mark Sisson, author of The Primal Blueprint and MarksDailyApple.com, and is a dressing made with nutrient-dense avocado oil. 

Primal Kitchen Mayo will be available on February 2 exclusively on Thrive Market, the new online store with a mission to make healthy living easy and affordable for everyone. Fed up with a lack of palatable condiments and dressings that aligned with his Paleolithic diet plan The Primal Blueprint, Sisson felt compelled to rescue eaters from a wasteland of mayonnaise. Most conventional mayos use unhealthy canola and soybean oils, added sugars, and preservatives added to improve "taste." Every Paleo eater wants a good mayo, but because no healthy options have existed, many have been forced to go without or make their own, which is both inconvenient and time-consuming.
