New products address growing consumer demand for plant-based foods
Reddi-wip, a brand of Conagra Brands, Inc., debuted two plant-based, non-dairy varieties: Reddi-wip Non-Dairy Coconut and Reddi-wip Non-Dairy Almond whipped topping. The innovation addresses the growing consumer demand for non-dairy options across the larger dairy category.
In fact, according to Mintel International, US non-dairy milk sales grew 61% in the last five years. In addition, almond and coconut are among the top non-dairy milks purchased.
