The National Restaurant Association Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show® will celebrate its 100th Anniversary Show at Chicago’s McCormick Place. To kick off the festivities, a 1,000-pound cheesecake, courtesy of Eli’s Cheesecake, will be sliced and served to Show attendees. The cake will be cut by Dawn Sweeney, president & CEO of the National Restaurant Association, and Ted Balestreri, the 100th Anniversary chairman.
