Karen J. Bernstein is the Managing Partner of Bernstein IP, which guides legal cannabis and hemp clients navigate the complex world of patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and the Internet. Her firm also helps clients with their packaging and labeling compliance issues. Karen is chair emeritus of the National Cannabis Industry Association’s Packaging and Labeling Committee, and is currently a Director on the Board of the International Cannabis Bar Association.
