Viscosity measurement is essential to developing a wide range of liquid to semi-solid applications. These include soups, sauces and beverages as well as starches and flours. With product variability, it can become difficult for processors to best determine the appropriate device for viscosity measurement. Thus, there is a need for a device that can accurately measure samples with different viscosities—and deliver variable shear and temperature profile data. This webinar helps food and beverage formulators understand the application of a universal viscosity measuring device.

  • Examine the importance of spindle geometry.
