Seviroli Foods, Inc., creator of artisan filled pasta and sauces and a frozen tortellini manufacturer, announced an asset purchase of D’Orazio Foods, Inc, also a purveyor of frozen Italian fare, such as shells, crepe manicotti, stuffed rigatoni and more.
