With more than 20 years of professional experience, Adam is an innovation leader tuned-in to the collision of consumer behavior and business strategy. Prior to joining SRG in 2016, Adam spent the previous 11 years at General Mills, both in Minneapolis and Bentonville. During this time, Adam built his brand and insights expertise by working on domestic businesses (Betty Crocker, Pillsbury, Totino’s, Nature Valley), international developed and emerging markets (Nature Valley, Wholesome snacking platform) and retail (heading up Shopper Insights team for Walmart).

At SRG, Adam’s leadership has impacted positioning and innovation strategies for categories ranging from allergy relief and hand/body lotion to meat snacks and spirits. Recent clients have included Sargento, Whole Foods, San-J, Hershey, Beam Suntory, Allegra and Gold Bond.

Adam received his Sociology degree from Emory University in Atlanta, and his M.B.A. from the University of Texas in Austin. Adam lives just outside Boulder, Colorado with his wife and two children.
