Amanda Young is the Vice President of R&D for the US Zone at The Kraft Heinz Company where she has responsibility for delivering product and packaging innovations across major brands including Kraft, Heinz, Planters, Philadelphia, Velveeta, Oscar Mayer, Lunchables, Capri Sun among others. A Columbus, Ohio native, Amanda has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University. She has over 23 years of experience in R&D and Quality Assurance roles across the U.S. and internationally with Procter & Gamble and The Kraft Heinz Company. Amanda currently resides in Highland Park, Illinois, with her husband Kane Doerfler, and their three children, Jake, Claire and Sam.
