Scott Mandell is president of Cannabistry Labs ® and is responsible for creating, communicating and implementing the organizations vision, mission, and overall direction. Mandell is the founder and former chief executive officer of Enjoy Life Foods, the leading manufacturer and marketer of allergy-friendly and gluten-free foods. Under his leadership, Enjoy Life Foods
quickly evolved from a promising startup that both pioneered the “free from” food category and was the first company to be certified gluten free to become an internationally recognized and loved brand. In 2015, he successfully sold the business to Mondelez International, one of the worlds largest snacks companies. Mandell is a celebrated business leader and recipient of the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year ® award as well as one of Crain’s Chicago Business 40 Under 40.
Mandell earned his master’s in business administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and his bachelor’s degree in history from Indiana University.
