Wes Boas is currently Head of Consumer Products at WW (formerly Weight Watchers) where she is responsible for the global strategy as well as delivering all innovation and marketing for the US business. In this role, Wes and her team focus on helping members build and sustain healthy habits for life through a portfolio of healthy eats, healthy kitchen and healthy lifestyle products.
Prior to WW, Wes worked at Pernod Ricard, where she managed a portfolio of wine brands from around the world. She created strong brand positionings and breakthrough marketing, which led to one of her brands winning the prestigious Impact Magazine HOT brand ranking. Wes also worked at Unilever for 13 years where she worked in a variety of roles, both innovation and business management, on a variety of brand categories across the food and personal care businesses.
In her spare time, Wes chases her 5-year-old son (earning WW FitPoints), cooking and yoga. Wes is a native Floridian but has called Manhattan her home for over 20 years. Wes has a B.A. from The Hotel School at Cornell University and an MBA from Columbia University.
