May 3/Knoxville, Tenn./Right Vision News -- One way of losing weight is to cut down on intake of fructose, a type of sugar quickly synthesised into body fat, according to a study.
Elizabeth Parks, associate professor of clinical nutrition at the University of Tennessee and co-author of the study, said her team's findings suggest that the right type of carbohydrates in one's diet may be just as important in weight control as number of calories.
