Wessanen CFO Leaving

December 3/ADP News Netherlands -- Dutch Royal Wessanen's chief financial officer (CFO) Frans Eelkman Rooda will leave the food firm by the end of May 2011.

Wessanen will look meanwhile for a successor to Eelkman Rooda, who joined the company in June 2008.

"The most important changes in the company are now completed, and Wessanen will focus henceforth on the organic food market in Europe," the company noted in a release. "The parties have decided in a mutual consideration that there is time for a new financial leadership at the organization," according to Wessanen.
