At 2011’s IFT Annual Meeting & Food Expo in New Orleans, visitors to U.S. Dairy Export Council booth #6139 learned exactly how U.S. dairy ingredients can contribute to improved taste, functionality and nutrition—for a variety of products targeting different consumer groups.
