Prepared Foods magazine's 2005 R&D Conference is a two-day, “how-to” applications-oriented event. It is dedicated to further educating the food and beverage industry's formulators on specific application challenges and the functionality of specific ingredients.

Prepared Foods' 2005 R&D Conference will be Monday and Tuesday, September 19-20, 2005 at the conveniently located Marriott Hotel, in Oak Brook, Ill.
