July 27/London/Future News -- The People's Dispensary for Sick Animals (PDSA) says over a third of dogs in the U.K. are obese. The charity conducted an assessment of almost 30,000 dogs across the U.K. over the past four years and found 35% of pets were overweight threatening the animals' health and lifespan. The PDSA is re-launching its slimming programme Pet Fit Club
