Hong Kong Releases Study of Microbiological Quality in Non-prepackaged Beverages
September 28/Hong Kong/HKSAR Government -- Hong Kong’s Centre for Food Safety (CFS) announced the findings of a risk assessment study on the microbiological quality of cold-served non-prepackaged beverages (NPB) mixed or topped with solid ingredients.
About 200 samples of NPB were collected, and they all passed the microbiological tests. However, the hygienic quality of 15 samples needs improvement.
