December 11/Akron, Ohio/The Daily Reporter -- Researchers at The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center-Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Richard J. Solove Research Institute are urging families to save more space on their plates for colorful fruits and vegetables.
The researchers say brightly colored natural foods including tomatoes, broccoli and berries are rich in phytochemicals, a compound that has been found to have cancer-fighting properties.
