Strange joins the Blake’s team following success as a consultant for the past six years. During his time as consultant, Strange worked with national brands such as Legal Sea Foods, Bertucci’s, Uno Restaurants, Hannaford Bros. and many others. Aside from his culinary background, Strange’s expertise includes strategy development and execution in food and packaging design, quality assurance and production. Strange’s relationship with Blake’s first began in 2009 when Strange consulted on product manufacturing.

His experience with product development and operations will be essential as we expand our business and prepare for a bright future.”
