As the company moves towards the production phase of its proprietary organic juice blends and upcoming launch, its capital needs will be increasing. This investment agreement gives the company the ability to access capital to meet its growth needs at a lower cost of capital than previous financing agreements. Management believes this will enable Fresh Promise Foods to also meet capital requirements more efficiently as it plans the development of future organic juices.

"This financial arrangement is a perfect fit for our company," said Kevin P. Quirk, Fresh Promise Foods CEO. "It provides us with fast, cheap and strategic capital. As a former officer of FPFI, Joseph Canouse of J. P. Carey, shares our corporate vision to provide 'Greater Goodness for You and Your Family' and is committed to our company for the long-term," concluded Quirk.
