Fresh Promise Foods, Inc., a Georgia-based corporation supplying natural and organic health and wellness products, has entered into an investment agreement with J. P. Carey Enterprises, Inc., that will provide up to one million, two hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($1,250,000.00) growth capital under a registration statement to be filed shortly.
As the company moves towards the production phase of its proprietary organic juice blends and upcoming launch, its capital needs will be increasing. This investment agreement gives the company the ability to access capital to meet its growth needs at a lower cost of capital than previous financing agreements. Management believes this will enable Fresh Promise Foods to also meet capital requirements more efficiently as it plans the development of future organic juices.
"This financial arrangement is a perfect fit for our company," said Kevin P. Quirk, Fresh Promise Foods CEO. "It provides us with fast, cheap and strategic capital. As a former officer of FPFI, Joseph Canouse of J. P. Carey, shares our corporate vision to provide 'Greater Goodness for You and Your Family' and is committed to our company for the long-term," concluded Quirk.
