Butter Buds uses IFT to serve up innovative dairy, non-dairy, organic and clean label ingredients
Butter Buds Food Ingredients used the Institute of Food Technologist Annual Meeting and Food Expo (IFT19) to let food manufacturers sample the latest on-trend, better-for-you concentrated flavor ingredients.
They showcased Butter Buds’ latest non-dairy (kosher pareve) and plant-based flavor ingredients, along with a sampling of certified organic and clean label flavor solutions.
