March 20/Westchester, Ill./The Business Journal-- TreeHouse Foods Inc. agreed to buy Naturally Fresh Inc., an Atlanta producer of refrigerated dressings, sauces, dips, marinades and specialty items.

TreeHouse said it agreed to pay $25 million for the business, subject to an adjustment for working capital. The deal will be financed with TreeHouse's credit facility and is expected to close within 30 days.

Naturally Fresh has annual revenue of about $80 million. TreeHouse said Naturally Fresh's products will be added to each of TreeHouse's segments. TreeHouse, which produces a variety of food products, says it's the largest manufacturer of pickles and non-dairy powdered creamer in the United States and the largest manufacturer of private label salad dressings, powdered drink mixes and instant hot cereals in the United States and Canada.

TreeHouse Foods operates Bay Valley Foods, a major operating division with operations in Green Bay, and Sturm Foods    of Manawa, in Outagamie County. It also has operations in Kenosha.
