American Italian Pasta Co. said that co-chief executive Timothy Webster resigned from the company and the board as of December 4.

The company also announced that Jim Fogarty of Alvarez & Marsal, who has been serving as co-chief executive officer since September 29, 2005, has been designated chief executive officer of the company effective immediately.
