February 14/New York/Business Wire -- American Home Food Products will begin doing business as Artisanal Premium Cheese Inc. to align the company's emerging luxury brand with its corporate identity. The formal name change requires shareholder approval which the company will seek at its annual meeting.

The company's president, Daniel W. Dowe, commented, "Artisanal Premium Cheese is fast becoming a major luxury brand in a fragmented, unbranded market. It can be found in premium hotels like Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons, Wynn Casino, fine dining restaurants all over the country and in premium retail catalogues like Williams-Sonoma and Neiman Marcus. We pride ourselves on our expertise in selecting the finest artisan and handcrafted cheese from around the world, and our consumers and co-sponsors regard Artisanal as a lifestyle brand more than just a food offering. Whether the occasion is in home dining or fine dining, Artisanal cheeses carry an upscale profile from taste to presentation."

The company also announced December 2007 sales of $1.3 million, the highest in the company's history.

The company's stock trading symbol, "AHFP", will remain unchanged until further notice.

In August 2007 American Home Food Products, Inc. acquired 100% of the ownership interests in Artisanal Premium Cheese. The Company operates in the specialty cheese market in the United States. The company markets and distributes a line of specialty, artisanal, and farmstead cheese products, as well as other related specialty food products under its own brand to food wholesalers and retailers, as well as directly to consumers through its catalogue and Web site, artisanalcheese.com.
