May 18/Philadelphia/Press Release -- FMC BioPolymer announced a price increase of up to 15%, or as contracts permit, on all FMC branded microcrystalline cellulose (MCC), carrageenan and alginate based products, effective June 15, 2011. The global price increase affects all product lines across food/specialty and personal care customers. FMC BioPolymer is a division of FMC Corporation.
