Pretzel Perfection, Vancouver, Wash., used the National Restaurant Association’s 2013 Hotel-Motel Show to introduce twice-baked, gluten-free pretzel sticks. Varieties include Original Recipe (described as a “buttery blend of herbs and spices”), Tomato Basil, Stoneground Mustard, Chipotle BBQ and Lemon Toffee. The products come in 1oz (one serving), 2oz and 3oz bags and contain 110 calories per serving.
