Cada has a bachelor of Science (Food/ Nutrition) at Illinois State University and has 12 years experience in application developments (baked, foodservice, snacks, sauces, etc) and 12 years experience in selling ingredients for flavor and fermentation, always working in leading companies.

This new hiring intends to strengthen Biorigin's positioning in the North American market and improve customer service. According to the company's U.S. Sales manager, Robert Patti, she has an excellent technical background and the customer contacts to help in the sales development of both our Louisville and Quata product lines. Her focus will be on key target customers located in the eastern half of the U.S. and Canada.
