That’s why the Foodservice division of Clorox Professional Products Co., Oakland, Calif., introduced Hidden Valley Ranch Original Ranch Seasoning Mix. With just a shake, Clorox says operators can “ranchify” everything from fries and chicken wings to mozzarella sticks, vegetables, burgers and even pizza. Officials say the mix features Hidden Valley’s original blend of herbs and spices. An official serving size is ¼ tsp (0.98g) with 504 servings in a 16oz container.
