Garden Lites innovates in the frozen food aisle with the debut of Garden Lites Bakes. The first flavor to debut as part of the Garden Lites Bakes Line is Cheddar Broccoli Bake.  

As with other products by Garden Lites, the first and main ingredient in the new Bakes is always vegetables. They are always gluten-free, vegetarian, low in calories, high in fiber and rich in whole grains. Cheddar Broccoli Bake is a delicious and nutritious dish chock full of healthy broccoli, brown rice, select spices and topped off with cheddar cheese. They can be found in the freezer section of most food stores.

“The need for healthy frozen food options has never been higher, especially with consumers looking for fast options that fit in with their hectic schedules,” says Julie Gould, Assistant Brand Manager of Garden Lites.

Bakes will have a richer flavor profile than original Garden Lites Soufflés while still remaining low calorie at 250 calories or less.
