Our short course title is "2013 4th Trend and Development of Nutraceuticals & Functional Foods Short Course", sponsored by Food Protein R&D Center at Texas A&M University.
The theme of this course is “Sources, Identification, Extraction, Separation, and Purification”. It will be held at Rudder Tower, Texas A&M University Campus, in College Station, Texas from July 28 to 30, 2013.
