Executive team appointments pertain to Hain Celestial United States, Hain Pure Protein Corporation and Hain Celestial United Kingdom.

Under the new structure, company veteran James Quincey, president and chief operating officer (COO), will succeed Kent as CEO, effective May 1, 2017. Kent will continue as chairman of the Board of Directors.

Jeff Harmening, president and chief operating officer has assumed global operations responsibilities reporting to Chairman and CEO Ken Powell.
