From January 19 through March 19, the United Soybean Board (USB) is teaming up with partners from Soylent and DuPont Nutrition & Biosciences (DuPont) that will be participating in a pilot program to market their products and ingredients as being made with Sustainably Grown US Soy.

Koita Foods announced that it has secured distribution for its premium, Italian, plant-based milk line in several grocery chains and independent grocers throughout New England and the Mid-Atlantic.

The claims listed relate to the relationship between consumption of Sharp-PS® phosphatidylserine (PS) through food products and "Maintenance and/or improvement of cognitive function and brain health."

“There are a lot of bars out there but most are high in sugar, use less sustainable animal-derived protein and often lack the nutrients that your body needs to thrive,” said Bryan Crowley, Soylent’s CEO. “We developed Soylent Squared to allow our customers to portion out the nutrition they need when they need it; you can enjoy 1-2 for a healthy snack or 3-4 for a complete meal.”
