November 19/M&A Navigator -- Private equity company Brynwood Partners V LP has divested its shareholding in U.S. Richelieu Foods Inc to Centerview Partners Holdings LLC but did not reveal any financial details on the deal.

Brynwood bought into Richelieu Foods, a frozen pizza and salad dressings maker, in 2005. Now, Richelieu has a staff of above 650 persons and runs four plants in the United States. It will retain its management upon closing of the transaction.

According to the press release of Centerview, Richelieu's management will also have a stake in the company.
