The release incorporates new food labels with trans fat and an expanded knowledge base to meet the needs of today's busy nutrition professionals for faster and more accurate nutrition analysis. The new version complies with FDA regulations for including trans fat on food labels, says the company. “This add-on module allows foodservice and nutrition professionals to create and print 17 types of nutrition facts labels. In addition, labels may include Nutrient Content Claims, and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP).
