January 23/Toronto/Marketwire -- Coca-Cola Bottling Company announced that Kevin Warren has been named president and general manager, effective immediately. Warren will report to Terry Marks, president, North American Business Unit, Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc.

Warren will oversee all aspects of Coca-Cola Bottling Company's operations in Canada, including manufacturing, sales and distribution, with a priority focus on customer and operational excellence. Warren looks forward to leading the way as Coca-Cola Bottling Company continues its Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability (CRS) journey.

"2008 is the year that Coca-Cola Bottling Company will integrate CRS into all aspects of our business," said Warren. "Our five priority CRS focus areas are Water Stewardship, Sustainable Packaging & Recycling, Energy Conservation & Climate Change, Product Portfolio & Wellbeing, and Diverse & Inclusive Culture."

Warren has served with Coca-Cola Enterprises for the past 17 years, most recently serving as general manager of the Great Britain Business Unit. Prior to joining Coca-Cola Enterprises, Warren spent seven years working in the travel industry including two years running his own business. In 1990, Warren joined Cadbury Schweppes to help establish what is now CCE's full-service vending operation in Europe. Born and raised in England, Warren received his Bachelor Degree in Law from Bristol University.
