April 8/FactSet Flashwire -- Davide Campari Milano SpA signed a definitive agreement to acquire Austin Nichols & Co Inc, doing business as Wild Turkey, from Pernod Ricard SA for $575 million in cash.

This acquisition includes distillery facilities, brands and finished product inventory.

The transaction is expected to close before June 30, 2009.
